Entrevest as a Data Processor: When a company uses an Entrevest platform (for example Diligence Ready or CentraView) to manage its own records, that corporate entity (our Customer) determines the purpose and means of processing. In those instances, Entrevest acts strictly as a Data Processor (or "Service Provider") operating under the instructions of the Customer. If you are an employee, investor, or stakeholder of a company using an Entrevest product, that company's privacy policy governs your information.

Entrevest as a Data Controller: When you visit our website, request information, contact sales, apply to partner, or subscribe to our newsletters, we act as the Data Controller for that account and operational data.
